TwinkleGroup is a professional manufacturer for aluminum circles in Zhengzhou, and at present, we have 3 new automatic deflection production lines, 2 production lines for 1300mm width with 80T pressure, 1 production lines for 1600mm width with 160T pressure. The monthly production ability is 1500tons and in our factory there are more than 120 sets of moulds for stamping aluminum circles and the dameters ranges from 100mm to 1200mm. The production speed of our equipments is 40 to 60 per minute.
Aluminum circles are widely used in electronics, daily chemicals, medicine, culture and education, and auto parts, electrical appliances, heat preservation, machinery manufacturing, automobile, aerospace, military industry, mold, construction, printing and other industries. Such as kitchen utensils, non-stick pans, pressure cookers, etc., and hardware supplies such as lampshades, water heater shells, stretched tanks, etc., are one of the deep-processing products of Aluminum Alloy plates and strips with the largest consumption.
At prsent, we mainly produce Aluminum circle with aluminum alloy 1060 and 3003, and the thickness is 0.30mm to 6.0mm, and the diameter is 100mm to 1200mm. The elongnation of aluminum circle we produce can reach 30% to 35%, and the grain size can reach 1 grade, and the aluminum circle surface is flat without scratch, clean without oil, and the edge is smooth without burr, and it is suitable for deep stamping and spinning. The aluminum disk or circles can be widely used in cookwares, electrical applications, utensils, traffic signs, lamps or lighting, building materials, automobiles, etc.
